Meet Dr. Edward Hacmac

You will benefit when you know a bit about the background and experiences in life of Dr. Edward Hacmac, your future chiropractor.

Dr. Hacmac is the owner and primary chiropractor at Hands On Chiropractic and Massage. He and his staff believe they are doing their true life’s work by delivering healthcare, wellness care, and lifestyle enhancement services to the Milwaukie, Clackamas, Happy Valley and Greater-Portland community. They truly believe in the power of chiropractic adjustment, the therapeutic touch of massage, and the love and care they share with their practice members.

Dr. Ed, as most people call him, grew up on his family farm in southern Minnesota. He graduated from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa and moved to Portland in 1977 to attend professional school. He graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 1981 and has been practicing in the Clackamas County and Milwaukie area for over 30 years.

From early childhood to the present, Dr. Ed has been a dedicated chiropractic patient. He started at a very young age, regularly getting adjusted by his family chiropractors in Southern Minnesota and South Dakota.  He chose to be a chiropractor primarily because he grew up in a family that utilized the local chiropractor as their primary healthcare doctor.
